The addition of the trio for two Euro 2024 qualifiers follows the withdrawal of James Maddison, Callum Wilson and Lewis Dunk because of injury.
Chelsea forward Palmer and Manchester City defender Lewis have been elevated from the England Under-21 squad to Gareth Southgate’s senior side.
England play Malta on the 17th of November and North Macedonia on the 20th of November.
