The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo State has condemned the destruction of the sign post located at the campaign office of Former Federal House of Representatives Candidate, Hon Olumuyiwa Adu where the picture of the Ondo State Governorship Aspirant, Eyitayo Jegede was torn.
The Publicity Secretary of the PDP in Ondo State Honourable Kennedy Peretei made the party’s position known on Crest Fm’s Programme, The Platform.
He however noted that the Party is yet to receive a formal complaint on the issue while giving an assurance that necessary investigations will be done and the culprits would be brought to book.
Honourable Peretei also used the opportunity to address the conflict between the Partys Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar and Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, noting that the misunderstanding will be settled before the end of this week to aid the preparation for the Party’s Campaign starting next month if the words from the party’s hierarchy is anything to go by.
He opined that all disagreement in the party should be resolved soon for them to be able to focus more on the 2023 general election.
